Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and mentor a group of 8-13 students, providing daily supervision, routines, and support for their academic, emotional, and social development.
Responsibilities include supervising, budgeting, driving to activities, leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, and ensuring student wellness.
