gpac is seeking an Asphalt Superintendent to plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of asphalt paving on commercial, municipal, roadway, highway, and site development projects. You will lead field crews, manage subcontractors, equipment, materials, quality control, safety, and schedules to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and per contract specifications.
This role requires strong leadership, the ability to read drawings, and knowledge of DOT and paving standards.
