Crew Member, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

Position Overview

Circus Trix, LLC dba Sky Zone offers part‑time Crew Member positions that provide experience across multiple departments and develop customer service, safety management, effective communication, and other workforce skills. Part‑time associates can fill roles as Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, or Membership Sales.

• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues.
• Commit to providing a friendly and memorable customer experience while maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high‑volume, customer‑facing role (entertainment, retail, service, fitness, etc.) is ideal but not required; customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

• Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
• Lift or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Frequent communication and interaction with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

Compensation ranges from $16.90 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
