Compensation: $19-$21/hour

- Research data regarding account and billing information to validate and confirm debts owed
- Responsibly handle and respond to daily client/firm requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax, and mail
- Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn new computer platforms/systems
- Know, understand, and comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties
- Know, understand, and comply with TSI policies and procedures
- Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement
- Make recommendations to implement improved processes
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate or equivalent relevant work experience desired
- Experience with Insurance, Patient, Medicaid, Medicare Billing
- Proficient with personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Must have a professional and mature manner, with a "can‑do" attitude
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Ability to work in a team‑fostered environment
- Ability to work in a multi‑tasked environment
- Ability to prioritize and organize work
- Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule
- Office environment
- Ability to lift and/or move 20 pounds with or without accommodation
