• Collaborate with drivers, sales reps, warehouse staff, and office teammates to get the job done right

• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a problem-solving mindset
• Stay up to date on our products and share your knowledge

• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Windows, Excel, and PDF tools (and quick to learn new software)
• Detail-oriented, independent, and able to keep calm under pressure—bonus points for a great sense of humor
