• Provide high‑quality, comprehensive dental care to patients
• Diagnose and treat dental conditions through restorative care, extractions, prosthetic treatment, and other appropriate procedures
• Develop and present treatment plans during patient consultations
• Review treatment options with patients and families and obtain informed consent
• Deliver consistent, compassionate, patient‑centered care
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements, including state dental board regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff

• DDS or DMD from an ADA/CDAC‑accredited dental school
• Current or eligible New Mexico dental license
• 2+ years of experience practicing dentistry in the United States
