This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

• Practice Setting:
  Outpatient
• Scope:
  Physical Medicine/Orthopedic Sports Injuries
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
• State Licensure:
  Active State License
• Requirements: cervical/thoracic/lumbar RFA, cervical/lumbar facet injections, cervical/lumbar ESI/TFESI injections, SI joint, medial branch blocks, nerve root injections
