• Well-established team at Presbyterian Plains Regional consisting of 6 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider, supported by a clinical performance nurse, clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator
• Part of the Presbyterian System, which includes a total of 9 hospitals in New Mexico
• 106-bed hospital servicing Eastern New Mexico and West Texas
• Southwestern city of Clovis is a family-friendly community in Curry County with a population of just under 50,000

Responsibilities

• Maintain an average census of 18 per doctor
• Handle average floor calls of about 80
• Perform no procedures
• Work alongside mostly in-house specialists
• Coordinate with CRNAs who manage the 7 ICU beds
• Utilize EPIC as the electronic medical record system

Compensation

• Day Shift Rate of $1,900 and Night Shift Rate of $2,000
• Daytime hospitalist base pay of $346,750 and nocturnist base salary of $365,000
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus

Shift & Schedule

• Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation
• Nocturnist schedule is nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Daytime Hospitalist schedule is from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine
• 2027 graduates encouraged to apply
