OB​/GYN Physician

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a board eligible or board certified OB/GYN physician to join their full scope practice in New Mexico. This role offers an opportunity to provide comprehensive care for women and their medical needs within a supportive regional healthcare delivery system. The ideal candidate will be passionate about women's health and dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality patient care.

Practice Info

• Full scope practice located in New Mexico
• Volume: 18-24 patients per day
• Group does 70-90 deliveries per month
• Support team consists of Women's Health NP & Certified Nurse Midwife
• Part of Presbyterian's Regional Delivery System network of six hospitals and medical centers throughout rural New Mexico

Responsibilities

• Meet with new patients to assess symptoms, needs, and/or problems
• Perform routine exams and checkups based on best practices
• Conduct follow-ups with patients to monitor and track their condition
• Monitor and treat patients during pregnancy and childbirth
• Participate in call rotation
• Make all professional medical judgments in the care of patients seen and manage the physician/patient relationship
• Participate in system-wide health management initiatives
• Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, literature review, in-services, and workshops
