We strive to make music lessons as accessible and affordable as possible, believing that music education is essential to making the world a better place.

We have no brick‑and‑mortar studio in Albuquerque, NM, but students in the area need teachers immediately. Lessons can be offered in the student’s home, your own home or studio, or via webcam (the majority of students prefer in‑person lessons). Local instructors who can also travel to students in the Albuquerque area are required.

• Conduct private music lessons in a variety of settings (in‑person, at student home, or via webcam).
• Create and manage your own curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain regular communication with the Taylor Robinson Music office and keep all lesson schedules and student records accurate and on time.
• Ensure all students and yourself observe COVID‑19 precautions, such as mask wearing, hand sanitizing, and social distancing when appropriate.

• Independent contractor agreement; pay is $20‑$30 per hour dependent on travel time, experience/education, and student retention.
• Must possess either a music degree, enrollment in a music program, professional performance experience, or prior teaching experience.
• Strong communication skills and organizational ability; punctuality is essential.

As an independent contractor you set your own schedule and have freedom to determine your curriculum. Taylor Robinson Music handles advertising, marketing, SEO, and billing to lighten your workload so you can focus on music.
