Supply Chain Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supply Chain Engineer responsible for driving improvement to factory manufacturing availability and liaising with the factory on materials gap analysis closure plans.
• Optimize the end-to-end raw material supply chain ensuring low risk and defined business continuity plans.
• Manage and drive quality issues related to supplier safety and quality performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve cost structures and drive performance to outcome-based contracts.
• Lead and mentor less experienced Supply Chain Engineers.

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Physics, Chemistry, or a related technical field and 6+ years of experience OR PhD in the same fields and 4+ years of experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Semiconductor factory operations, supply chain engineering, Supply Chain Planning, or supplier management.
• Root cause analysis and model-based problem solving (MBPS), KPI development, and performance tracking for supply chain operations.
• Project management experience.
• High systems proficiency including all MS applications.
• Excellent data analysis skills and, including forecasting, budget management.
• Data analytical tool experience e.g. Power BI.

Demonstrates expertise in Supply Chain Engineering with a focus on optimizing manufacturing availability, managing supplier quality, and implementing effective business continuity plans. Proficient in data analysis and project management to drive performance improvements and cost efficiency.
