Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Delek US Holdings seeks a Sr PSM Coordinator in Hobbs, NM to identify, analyze and control occupational hazards across process operations. The role focuses on implementing safety programs and ensuring compliance with PSM standards in a refining/downstream setting.
You will develop PSM documentation, lead PHAs and Pre-Startup Safety reviews, mentor teams, and collaborate with EH&S and operations to foster a safety-first culture. This position requires strong communication and leadership skills.
