JOB LOCATION: Buffalo Thunder and Cities of Gold Casino’s

DEPARTMENT: Bank Operations

FLSA STATUS: Full or Part-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt position.

JOB PURPOSE:

To perform slot and table hard and soft drop duties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Signs out for keys and trolleys for slot machines and table drop.
  • Opens machines and pulls and sets out bill validators (BVD’s) and drop boxes.
  • Counts Money and Vouchers.
  • Starts and stops hard drop in the SMART System and enters machine numbers.
  • Separates BVD cards by machine number.
  • Generates reports by denomination from K-Scale computer program indicating machine number and actual drop amount.
  • Prepares Electronic Gaming Device Report (transfer sheet).
  • Performs other duties as required by supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Skill in using computer, programs, and calculator
  • Casino Experience preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION OR COMBINATION OF

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6 months banking or counting experience.
  • College education may substitute for experience.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Standing/Walking-95% , Sitting 5%, Twisting / Bending- 50%, hand grasping 100% with finger dexterity to count coins, bills and tokens, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs any weights over 50 lbs. would be team lift; casino/count room setting.
  • Exposure to noise and cigarette smoke.
  • Required to work weekends, and holidays.
