We’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a mission-driven Critical Access Hospital in beautiful Western New Mexico. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced healthcare finance leader to join the executive team of a respected 25-bed hospital serving rural and underserved communities. The CFO will provide strategic oversight of all financial operations, including budgeting, capital planning, revenue cycle, Medicare cost‐based reimbursement, Medicaid optimization, compliance, payroll, accounting, and long‑term financial sustainability.

This role partners closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and department leaders to drive operational excellence and support the hospital’s mission.
