Overview

Retirement Plan Specialist for the Tax Exempt Market – responsible for delivering on‑site education, one‑on‑one advisory sessions, and participant support for Plan Sponsors and their employees.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver on‑site education for Plan Sponsor Participants.
  • Conduct educational seminars and webinars on plan features, investments, and retirement topics.
  • Meet one‑on‑one to conduct financial advisory investment counseling with employees and retirees.
  • Interface with Plan Administration, legal counsel, and Plan Sponsors to identify, resolve, and respond to participant issues.
  • Work with Plan Sponsors to increase employee participation.
  • Contribute to development and implementation of presentation materials.
  • Assist in scheduling retirement seminars and one‑on‑one appointments.
  • Maintain compliance with firm and FINRA regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and training to more junior staff (additional responsibilities may be assigned).
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retirement or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information to develop alternative solutions.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and quality promotion.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Ability to travel.
Compensation

Annual base salary range: $63,470 – $79,340 USD. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on performance.
