Purchaser and Cost Estimator

Opportunity

Provide financial, purchasing, and supply chain management support to developmental and ongoing life cycle sustainment programs. Write life cycle and ad-hoc cost estimates as required by client. Write other finance-related deliverables as required. Provide financial input to a variety of logistics and sustainment-related deliverables. Track funding from initial government issue through obligation via purchase requests or purchase orders, item receipt, government invoicing, and monthly reconciliation.

• 4+ years of experience in cost estimating, purchasing, or finance
• Ability to pay strict attention to detail and precisely manage budgets
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Logistics, or Purchasing
• Secret clearance required (subject to eligibility for access to classified information)

• Experience with Air Force purchasing
• Experience with Air Force Supply
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Top Secret clearance
• Master’s degree

Salary range: $69,400.00 to $ (annualized USD). This range represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package.
