IEM is seeking a Part-Time Risk Reduction/Erosion Specialist SME to support our growth. This role conducts field assessments of post-fire landscapes, analyzes hydrologic and geomorphic data, and recommends best management practices to reduce flood and sediment risks.
You will work with GIS and remote sensing, provide guidance to land managers and agencies, prepare reports, and coordinate with emergency management and local governments for post-fire recovery efforts.
