Full‑Time and Part-Time Licensed Hair Stylists Supercuts, operated by Quantum Merit Enterprises, Inc., is seeking talented, licensed stylists who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and advancing their careers in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional haircare services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, and waxing

Conduct thorough client consultations

Maintain a friendly, guest‑focused environment

Utilize modern tools, techniques, and salon technology

Assist with end‑of‑day administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Valid New Mexico Cosmetology or Barber License Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
Strong communication and basic administrative skills

Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals

Compensation & Benefits:

Average earnings $20 to $35/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
Daily tips via Pay Card Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Short‑ and Long‑Term Disability
401(k) eligibility after 12 months
