We are seeking CT Technologists to join our team at Bronson Battle Creek. These are full-time, benefit-eligible positions (72 hrs/pp) with opportunities to travel to system locations.

Generous sign-on bonus:
Up to $20,000 for 2nd, 3rd, and split shifts starting at 10:30 a.m.
Up to $10,000 for all other shifts
Position Summary
The CT Technologist performs a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, assisting radiologists with both invasive and non-invasive scans, while delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities include:
Perform CT scans across a variety of patient populations and clinical needs.
Prepare, calibrate, and operate advanced radiology equipment.
Administer or assist in administering contrast media under physician direction.
Monitor patient vitals and anticipate physician needs during exams.
Maintain sterile technique, prevent cross-contamination, and follow infection control protocols.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintain procedure room/equipment readiness.
Support training and mentorship of student technologists and assistants.
Qualifications
Education: Associate’s degree from an accredited School of Radiologic Technology (required).
Certification:
ARRT (R) required upon hire.
ARRT CT certification required within 15 months of hire.
ARRT (NM) or NMTCB must also complete ARRT CT certification within 15 months.
Advanced CT certification attempted by 12 months, completed no later than 15 months.
Other Requirements:
BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and show leadership skills.
Basic computer competency for departmental recordkeeping.
Physical & Work Environment
Involves considerable standing/walking, assisting with patient transfers, and occasional lifting (20+ lbs).
Requires focus and sustained mental/visual concentration.
Work may be performed in Radiology or other hospital areas depending on patient/physician needs.
