A growing healthcare organization seeks a full‑time Retail Pharmacist for a clinic‑based outpatient pharmacy located inside a retail grocery in south central New Mexico. This patient‑focused role offers strong provider collaboration, manageable prescription volume, and a supportive, team‑oriented environment. Some coverage at a nearby secondary retail location may be required, including rotating weekends, but the primary location follows a Monday‑Friday daytime schedule.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates must hold either a BS in Pharmacy or a PharmD and be eligible for pharmacist licensure in New Mexico. Retail pharmacy experience and exposure to 340B services are preferred. The ideal candidate enjoys small‑town living, values strong patient relationships, and works well within a close‑knit team.
