Occupational Therapist

Tact Staff is seeking a dedicated School-Based Occupational Therapist to support students across New Mexico for the upcoming school year. We are hiring both local clinicians and travel therapists who are passionate about helping students build independence and thrive in the classroom environment.

As a School-Based OT, you will work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students with fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care development, and access to curriculum. This role may include a mix of direct services, evaluations, IEP participation, and consultation.

• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and complete documentation within required timelines
• Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
• Support students with sensory, motor, and functional skill development
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active New Mexico OT license or ability to obtain
• NBCOT certification
• School-based experience preferred but not required
