Frontera Care delivers life‑changing autism services to children and families across New Mexico and Colorado. We provide high‑quality diagnostic evaluations and ABA therapy, partnering closely with parents, grandparents, foster parents, and other caregivers to create individualized care plans rooted in each child's unique strengths, needs, and family context.

• Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Create engaging and effective learning experiences for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use clear communication and positive reinforcement to help children reach their full potential.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness.
• Collaborate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

• Passionate about helping children and families.
• Natural communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and committed to quality.
• Eager to learn and grow.

• Proof of high‑school graduation (Diploma or GED).
• At least 18 years of age.

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child‑sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to a running stance.

• Personalized development opportunities: access to comprehensive training and resources in ABA tailored to individual goals.
• RBT Credential Support: resources and support to achieve the 40‑hour training, competency assessment, and exam support for the RBT credential.
• Continuous learning through regular team meetings, supervision with BCBAs, and ongoing learning opportunities.
