Overview
Core Medical Group is recruiting a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Clovis, New Mexico, starting May 14, 2026. The role involves 40 hours per week on 8‑hour days.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive occupational therapy care to home‑health patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Adhere to agency and client policies and schedule.
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in good standing.
- Experience in home‑health settings preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
