Overview

Ladera Center has a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) opportunity.

$15,000 bonus eligible – no contract required

Ask about increased pay in lieu of benefits.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities and independence.
• Treat patients holistically, recognizing each as an individual.
• Collaborate with peers and refer patients to additional care when necessary.
• Teach patients and caregivers the skills needed to promote independence and productivity.

In facility. Reporting to:
Director of Rehab.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, or
• Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field plus a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, or
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy with at least 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• Degrees earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent of a Physical Therapy degree.

USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.

USD $15,000.00 bonus.
