Role Overview
Seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and deliver therapeutic interventions aimed at rehabilitating physical and developmental disorders across various care settings. The role involves hands-on patient care, clinical problem-solving, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to restore function, promote independence, and improve quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients using diverse therapeutic techniques
- Develop and oversee comprehensive rehabilitation programs
- Promote patient and caregiver self-determination
- Coordinate care and discharge planning
- Advocate for patients and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
- Work in inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community, and home health settings
- Less than one year of experience in physical therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy;
Doctorate preferred - Basic computer skills and knowledge of regulations
- Strong understanding of growth and development principles
- Ability to interpret data and apply clinical knowledge
- Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
