Summit Imaging is seeking a skilled and compassionate Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team in Clovis, New Mexico. We have an immediate opening for a dependable sonographer who takes pride in providing high-quality imaging and excellent patient care.

Our sonographer will perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound examinations, including:

• General ultrasound
• Abdominal ultrasound
• OB/GYN ultrasound
• Vascular ultrasound
• Breast ultrasound
• Small parts and other diagnostic ultrasound studies as ordered

We are looking for someone who is comfortable performing a broad range of ultrasound examinations and can consistently obtain high-quality diagnostic images.

The Diagnostic Medical Sonographer will perform ultrasound examinations according to established protocols while providing professional and compassionate care to every patient.

Responsibilities include preparing and positioning patients, obtaining diagnostic-quality images, documenting studies accurately, maintaining appropriate patient records, communicating effectively with providers and team members, and following established imaging and patient-safety protocols.

• ARDMS registered or registry eligible
• Experience in general, abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular and breast ultrasound preferred
• RDMS credentials in Abdomen and/or OB/GYN preferred
• RVT credential is a strong plus
• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program preferred
• Strong scanning and technical skills
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently
• Ability to maintain accuracy and image quality in a busy outpatient environment
• Experienced sonographers and qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply

Pay: $35.00–$40.00 per hour
