Pay range: $ to $ annually
We are actively hiring experienced Pharmacists for permanent positions at acute care hospitals across New Mexico.
Responsibilities include:- Review, verify, prepare and dispense medications safely and accurately.
- Monitor medication therapy and collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services and medication counseling.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and California pharmacy regulations.
- Utilize EPIC and Cerner EMR systems for medication management and documentation.
- Participate in medication safety initiatives and quality improvement programs
