Delta Companies seeks a compassionate, evidence-driven Dietitian to deliver high-quality medical nutrition therapy within healthcare and medical services settings. In this role, you’ll perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide patient and family education to improve outcomes across acute, outpatient, and long-term care environments. You’ll collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, document care in EMRs, and participate in quality initiatives.

- Provide individualized medical nutrition therapy for diverse patient populations.
- Conduct nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on evidence-based nutrition practices.
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record accurately and timely.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking.
- Stay current with clinical guidelines and regulatory standards in nutrition care.

- Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, renal, cardiac)
- Menu and supplement planning

- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential required
- State Dietitian/Nutritionist licensure as applicable
