Clinical Therapist

Our team of experienced professionals—Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychiatrist-Nurse Practitioners, and licensed therapists—are dedicated to providing the support each patient deserves. We are looking for a Masters level therapist to join our growing team who is patient-centered.

We are offering full-time and part-time roles that are hybrid. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, clinically astute, and team-oriented therapist who wants to focus on patients rather than the business aspects of private practice. This position offers training, supervision, and case consultation in the practice on a weekly basis. Offering Psychiatry and Therapy our team works together to best support our patients with all mental health services.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Current state license (LCSW, LPC, LCSW) in IL, TX or NM
• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Strong communication and empathy skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Participate in case consultations

Our office provides an electronic medical records system, company phone extension and email, along with the full support of our billing team, office administration; all new patients will be assigned by the intake department, the billing team will handle insurance verification, and processing insurance claims. We have a leadership team that oversees the multi-location/tele offices, including quarterly meetings, team collaboration, consultation meetings, and team building.
