Position: Travel Physical Therapist (PT)
Hours: 35 Hours/Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Travel Contract
As a Physical Therapist, you’ll evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercises and interventions
- Assist patients with improving strength, balance, mobility, coordination, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote patient safety throughout treatment sessions
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the applicable state
- Current BLS certification required .
- Recent clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
- Strong evaluation, treatment-planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach
- Ability to adapt quickly to a new clinical environment
- Commitment to the full 15-week assignment
