Physical Therapist - $40K SIGN ON BONUS
Health Care Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with one of the largest healthcare providers in the state of NM in Clovis, NM.
Daily Responsibilities For The Physical Therapist- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Support patients and families through the rehabilitation process

Required Qualifications For The Physical Therapist- Active Physical Therapy License in New Mexico
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Doctor of Physical Therapy
- Experience with Epic software
- Medical, Dental, & Vision insurance (multiple options available)

- Additional supplemental Insurance
$37.29 per hour - $56.92 per hour (negotiable based on years of experience) + $40K SIGN ON BONUS!
