• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• State licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Recent experience working in K-12 schools preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite full time

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student learning
• Monitor student progress and document outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all required records and regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student teams
