Clinical Director provides clinical and operational leadership for our Behavioral Health Program serving children, youth, caregivers, and families throughout Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico.
Promote trauma-responsive, family-centered, developmentally appropriate, and evidence-based clinical practices.
Support clinical risk assessment, crisis response, safety planning, mandated reporting, and appropriate escalation procedures. Monitor clinical quality, documentation, service delivery, caseloads, productivity, and program performance. Maintain a visible leadership presence across LCCS sites and communities in Santa Fe, Rio Arriba, Taos, and Los Alamos Counties.
Other Information/Requirements:Master's degree in Counseling, Art Therapy, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related clinical behavioral health field.
Current New Mexico independent clinical license as an LPCC, LPAT, LISW, or LMFT.
Training in at least one evidence-based or evidence-informed treatment model relevant to LCCS services.
