• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant
• School-based experience or a strong interest in working in educational settings
• Comfort working with K-12 students of varied backgrounds and abilities
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel between sites as part of an itinerant team

• Deliver direct physical therapy services tailored to students individual needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments (PTs)
• Manage cases and collaborate in the development and execution of IEPs (PTs)
• Work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure holistic support
• Document sessions and monitor student progress
• For PTAs:
  Provide direct services under PT supervision
