About the Role:

As a Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our nursing home facility. You will manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff, therapists, and other support services. You will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain high standards of care and quality, and foster a positive, respectful environment for our residents and staff.

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home facility, including coordinating with healthcare professionals, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care and quality
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including nursing staff, therapists, and other support services
• Coordinate with external agencies, including state and federal regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with licensing and certification requirements
• Develop and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability
• Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure effective communication and teamwork
• Ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and services, and that their needs are met in a timely and respectful manner

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting (we will consider candidates with less experience who are eager to learn and grow)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare
