Compensation is based on completed patient services and setups rather than an hourly wage
Typical PPS service payments range from $5.00 to $100.00 per completed service
Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week are tracked for FLSA purposes only
The tracked hours do not determine compensation
Candidates with questions about pay should be referred to the established PPS service payout schedule
Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel

Approximately 25 to 30 hours per week may be worked depending on accepted patient services
Flexible scheduling based on patient needs, setups, and clinician availability
Clinician is paid based on completed services rather than hours worked

Approximately 50-mile service radius
Regular travel to patient homes and other service locations throughout the assigned territory
On call responsibilities may include phone consultations during non-business hours in accordance with policy
Candidates should be comfortable supporting respiratory patients when after-hours clinical guidance is required
Candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance of Clovis, New Mexico
Candidates must be able to reliably cover an approximately 50-mile service territory
This is a VA supported location
Candidates must be able to meet applicable VA, licensing, and credentialing requirements
Reliable personal vehicle required
Mileage reimbursement provided for approved business travel
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required

Certified Respiratory Therapist, CRT
Registered Nurse, RN
Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN
Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner, RC
Active applicable New Mexico licensure required
Active applicable clinical license required
Ability to independently provide respiratory services in patient homes
Comfortable working with ventilators, PAP therapy, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory equipment
Ability to assess patients and communicate relevant clinical findings to physicians
Strong patient and caregiver education skills
Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ability to travel throughout the assigned 50 mile service area
Strong organization and independent decision making skills
This is a Paid Per Service position, not an hourly position
The 25 to 30 hours per week figure is used for FLSA time tracking and should not be presented as an hourly compensation structure
Compensation is based on completed services and setups
RRT, CRT, RN, LPN, and RC candidates may be considered
This is a VA location
Personal vehicle is required, with mileage reimbursement provided
Candidates with home respiratory care, DME, ventilator, PAP, or oxygen experience should be prioritized
