Summary

Bartender responsible for maintaining, receiving, and storing Spirits, Wine, Beer, and other supplies for the bar, providing prompt, friendly, courteous, and professional service to guests and team members.

• Manage bar inventory, including receiving, storing, and wiping bottles clean.
• Serve cocktails and other drinks with knowledge of cocktail terminology and preparation.
• Perform all shift opening and closing tasks, including POS data entry and closing, and ensuring accurate beverage pouring and dispensing.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring financial integrity and security of inventories.
• Adhere to all quality, sanitation, and regulatory (casino, department, and regulatory) standards.
• Maintain and update daily checklists and compliance with IMGR&C policies and procedures.
• Obtain and maintain Alcohol Servers License.
• Provide guests with directions, address comments or complaints promptly and professionally, and assist in guest or internal customer needs.
• Collaborate with other departments and team members to achieve event and resort success.
• Report all guest complaints, compliments, and equipment or property issues to Supervisor or Manager.

• Comply with IMGR&C quality and sanitation standards.
• Apply basic bar financial control policies: revenue controls, POS operations, beverage pouring policies, cash and credit handling procedures.
• Maintain appearance standards and support IMGR&C reputation in all situations.
• Attend all marketing special events and concerts as required.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience (6 months to 1 year of job‑related experience).
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for several hours and perform required physical tasks.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and hospitality behaviors.

Frequent standing, walking, use of hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Must be able to use hand‑held communication devices and stand for several hours.
