We’re seeking a Director of Human Resources to join a respected Critical Access Hospital in beautiful Western New Mexico. The Director of HR will lead all HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation/benefits, compliance, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational strategy—while serving as a key partner to the CEO and executive team.
