• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for contact center roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate reports.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a BPO or high‑volume environment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with applicant‑tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.

• Authorized to work in the country where the job is based.

• Willingness to submit a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
• Willingness to submit to drug screening. (Not applicable to Canada)
