* for 12 months to cover substantive post holder secondment leave (Applicants should ensure authorisation from their line manager for secondment prior to applying).

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to join the Operational HR Team on a 12-month secondment basis as a HR Manager.

The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience across a varied and complex portfolio, supporting services that directly impact the delivery of healthcare and community services throughout NHS Forth Valley.

You will provide dedicated HR support across a diverse portfolio of services within NHS Forth Valley, including Acute Services, Corporate Services and Health & Social Care Partnerships (HSCPs). Working closely with senior leaders, managers and clinical teams, you will play a key role in supporting workforce initiatives, delivering specialist employee relations advice and helping services navigate complex people management challenges.

As a Human Resource Manager, you will provide specialist HR Advice, guidance and coaching to managers and staff across NHS Forth Valley. You will support a range of workforce priorities, including complex employee relations matters, attendance management and organisational change ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR support that enables that contributes to safe and effective patient care.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is Chartered Member of CIPD, or working towards this level, and who has significant operational HR experience within a large and complex organisation.

You will have a proven ability to advise and support senior managers on complex workforce matters, underpinned by a sound knowledge of employment legis and employee relations processes.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills, who can build effective partnerships and work collaboratively with managers, staff representatives and colleagues across the organisation to deliver positive workforce outcomes.

The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
