Edgewater Federal Solutions is looking for a Help Desk Manager in New Mexico to lead day-to-day service desk operations. You will manage Tier I/II support teams, ensuring excellence in incident handling and customer service while coordinating with cybersecurity and IT stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing support teams with strong incident management skills and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. This role includes oversight of documentation, service quality, and operational discipline.
