Overview
Critical access hospital looking to bring on Director of Case Management! Sign-On Bonus, Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!
Responsibilities- Position reports directly to the CEO
- Team of 5 fulltime Case Managers, 1 fulltime Case Management Assistant and 6 PRN Case Managers
- Director does not carry a caseload however, they are expected to assist their team/department when the need arises to cover patients.
- Would be required to acquire the CCM or ACM certification within their first year in position
- Bachelor's degree Nursing required, BSN
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration, preferred
- 3+ years’ experience in overall recent acute care Hospital Case Management required
- 2+ years’ experience in case management leadership
