Operate membrane plants, Evaporator, and HTSTs for continuous processing of whey, permeate and water;
Ensure smooth production by verifying motor and pump operation, product flow to silo, and ratio control valve operation; maintain run-time specifications and complete production logs and HTST requirements;
Take hourly readings and samples to maintain pH, solids, color, chlorine, and temperature within specifications; notify supervisor if readings are out of range;
Perform weekly membrane testing, locate leaking vessels, isolate them, replace membranes and o-rings, and record changes; coordinate with maintenance;
Execute CIP procedures, shut down machine properly, adjust settings for CIP, complete CIP log, perform chemical testing, and verify effectiveness
