** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; potential overtime including some Saturdays

** Pay:**  $26.40/hr

** Duration:
** 6 months with possible extension

** Job Summary*
* The Production Associate II supports a manufacturing line focused on engine teardown. This role is responsible for operating machines and production equipment in a safe and efficient manner while meeting quality and productivity expectations with limited guidance.

** Key Responsibilities*
* ** Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)*
* + Immediately stop work and report any major injury hazards.

+ Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.

+ Comply with all HSE standards, policies, and regulations.

+ Use appropriate personal protective equipment.

+ Contribute to a safe work environment by addressing and correcting hazards.

+ Participate in HSE training activities.

** Quality*
* + Follow standard work instructions, quality procedures, and process documentation.

+ Assist in minimizing cost and quality issues by identifying problems early.

+ Perform quality inspections and manage non-conforming materials.

+ Adhere to poka-yoke, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and visual standards.

** Production Delivery*
* + Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to specification.

+ Meet production goals, engineering standards, and cycle times.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, including housekeeping and scheduled maintenance tasks.

+ Perform additional duties as required to support production objectives.

+ Collaborate with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.

+ Participate in ongoing training and personal development.

+ Contribute ideas to improve product quality, safety, processes, and team development.

** Qualifications*

* Education:

** High School Diploma or equivalent required.

* Experience:

** Prior experience working in a production environment and using hand/power tools is required.

** Licenses:
** Valid Driver's License required.

** Additional

Experience:

** Forklift and/or crane operation experience is a plus.

This is an onsite position supporting a hands-on manufacturing environment. Flexibility and readiness to work occasional overtime, including some weekends, are expected.
