Job SummaryThe Production Associate II supports a manufacturing line focused on engine teardown. This role is responsible for operating machines and production equipment in a safe and efficient manner while meeting quality and productivity expectations with limited guidance.
Key Responsibilities Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)- Immediately stop work and report any major injury hazards.
- Report work-related injuries, illnesses, incidents, or hazards.
- Comply with all HSE standards, policies, and regulations.
- Use appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Contribute to a safe work environment by addressing and correcting hazards.
- Participate in HSE training activities.
- Follow standard work instructions, quality procedures, and process documentation.
- Assist in minimizing cost and quality issues by identifying problems early.
- Perform quality inspections and manage non-conforming materials.
- Adhere to poka-yoke, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and visual standards.
- Operate manual and automated equipment to manufacture and assemble products to specification.
- Meet production goals, engineering standards, and cycle times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including housekeeping and scheduled maintenance tasks.
- Perform additional duties as required to support production objectives.
- Collaborate with peers, skilled trades, and support staff to maintain and identify equipment needing repair.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support functions.
- Participate in ongoing training and personal development.
- Contribute ideas to improve product quality, safety, processes, and team development.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience working in a production environment and using hand/power tools is required.
- Licenses: Valid Driver’s License required.
- Additional
Experience:
Forklift and/or crane operation experience is a plus. - Communicates effectively in diverse team settings.

This is an onsite position supporting a hands‑on manufacturing environment. Flexibility and readiness to work occasional overtime, including some weekends, are expected.
