Job Title: Production Associate II
Location: Clovis, NM 88101
Work Location: Clovis, NM 88101
Duration: 6+ months
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
Overtime: Potential for overtime and occasional Saturdays
The Production Associate II supports manufacturing operations by operating production equipment, performing assembly and disassembly tasks, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This role will support a manufacturing line where engines are being torn down and rebuilt.
Additional Requirements- Onsite position
- Valid Driver's License required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment required
- Experience using hand and power tools required
- Forklift and/or crane operating experience is a plus
- Operate manual and automated manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support engine teardown and production processes.
- Meet daily production goals and cycle-time requirements.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and operator maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist with miscellaneous production duties as needed.
- Follow all standard work instructions, quality procedures, and process documentation.
- Perform quality inspections and identify non-conforming materials.
- Report quality concerns and support corrective actions.
- Utilize quality tools and processes, including visual standards and process controls.
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report hazards, incidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions immediately.
- Participate in safety training and promote a safe work environment.
- Support environmental compliance and sustainability efforts.
- Communicate effectively with team members and support departments.
- Collaborate with maintenance, skilled trades, and production teams.
- Participate in training, continuous improvement, and employee development initiatives.
- Contribute ideas to improve safety, quality, productivity, and workflow.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
- Experience working with tools and mechanical equipment required.
- Forklift or crane operation experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
