Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive surface preparation tasks, including sanding, masking, and cleaning, to ensure optimal coating adhesion.
- Operate professional-grade spray equipment to apply industrial-grade coatings with precision and consistency.
- Manage the mixing of paints and specialized coatings to meet exact technical specifications and color requirements.
- Monitor and verify coating thickness and curing times to ensure compliance with quality control standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on spray guns and application tools to guarantee peak operational performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while strictly adhering to environmental and safety protocols.
- Proven experience in industrial painting or a similar coating application role.
- Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of spray guns and related finishing equipment.
- Ability to interpret technical work instructions and apply precise specifications to production tasks.
- Strong commitment to quality control and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with various industrial materials and substrate types.
- Knowledge of safety standards regarding hazardous materials and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to work collaboratively across production departments to support overall manufacturing goals.
