We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to support production and finishing operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves surface preparation, coating application, and maintaining quality standards across a variety of materials and products.
Day One Expectations:
Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, sanding, masking, etc.)Apply coatings using spray equipment, rollers, or brushes depending on application
Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications
Understand and follow coating thickness and curing requirements
Maintain and clean painting equipment and work area
What We’re Looking For:
Familiarity with spray guns and related equipment
Ability to read basic work instructions and follow specs
Strong attention to detail and quality
Willingness to assist in other areas of production as needed
Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting with exposure to fumes, noise, and varying temperatures
Use of PPE required
