Job DescriptionExecutes the 27th Force Support Squadron brand through messaging, copy, graphic, video and promotional content to be distributed through social media. Responsible for developing a positive social media presence through creating, editing, publishing, administering and removing social media content. Manages multiple versions of content and design. Implement new technologies and make recommendations of solutions for customers. Performs data analysis and utilizes results to optimize communication methods and technologies to engage with customers and maximize the squadron brand.
Identifies relevant new strategies and technology to increase customer engagement and to create online brand exposure. Develop content for all customer-facing social media formats utilized by the Marketing office. Maintains current knowledge on emerging technologies/industry trends and applies into operations and activities. Serves in an administrative support capacity as well as backup to general website/app operations. Performs general office duties such as receiving phone calls and visitors.
Refers inquiries, concerns or questions for specific issues or actions to the appropriate Marketing representative. Works in tandem with colleagues and the Marketing Director to develop creative social media promotions, information and direct marketing where available in the social media environment. Reviews copy, graphics, advertisements and links to ensure quality and proper branding of the social media environment. Works with base agencies governing web, content/security to ensure all Air Force and Federal Regulations are met.
Performs other duties as assigned.
