Foothills Fellowship is looking for their next lead pastor to lead them toward the vision God has for the church. This would someone who has a passion to reach lost people, locally and globally, and a vision to disciple followers of Jesus. This person needs to have the ability to reach all generations, as well as preach the Word of God in a relevant, but biblically sound way.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Preaching and teaching the Word of God in a relevant, but biblically sound way.
* Planning, strategizing and executing the missional component of the church.
* Being able to care for people in different stages of life.
* The ability to recruit, develop and deploy volunteers, leaders and staff.
* The heart and ability to partner with other churches and organization to accomplish the mission God has for the church.### About Foothills Fellowship Foothills Fellowship is a committed body of Christ in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The church has a rich history of reaching the community, discipleship and international missions. They have been a church of 300, but have walked through a change in leadership over the last year, which has caused a decline in attendance.

They are looking for the next leader to bring energy, life and vision into the church and community.
